We also offer one guided community experience depending on the topic of the month where you can see other participants and interact with them while observing your own body sensations, thoughts and feelings.

This tier is for you if you are curious and looking for a community of practice that meets and engages. Apart from the materials and the guided community experience, we offer for this tier 2 live events: one for impulses and Q&A, and the second one for practicing all together whatever we need in our personal journey. We deliver the spaces full of presence that unlocks transformation.
